Terms & Conditions
There are no refunds for purchased services and products, if you need to exchange a service for one of equal or lesser value please contact me within 48 hours of your purchase.
I will contact you shortly after you purchase a session, (or you will receive an automated email if you book it through the calendar) to create the appointment time.
Individual Coaching or Reading Sessions must be used within 1 month of purchase date. Session Packages must be used within 2 months of purchase date.
If you cancel within 24 hours of the session you forfeit the session and cannot reschedule it.
If you come more than 10 minutes late to the session, the session is considered forfeited.
Sessions will end at the scheduled time, even if you come a few minutes late.
Please allow up to 7 business days for readings (except artwork) to be completed.
Artwork varies in completion date, I will update you on its completion since it generally takes longer than one business week to complete - because the quality of your art should never be compromised, artwork may take several weeks to complete.

Please note that in-person / travel fees or any shipping and handling fees will be invoiced separately through my business PayPal account: Aldyn Elizabeth.
Fees are assessed depending on distance and other details pertaining to in-person arrival. Email aldyn@thetwinflamepsychic.com if you have any questions or need a fee quote for in-person/travel and/or shipping and handling for Psychic Art/Products. No additional fees are needed for online groups and events or digitalized copies of art.
